Andy King (footballer, born 1988)
Andrew Philip "Andy" King (born 29 October 1988) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Leicester City.
He has made over 250 league appearances for Leicester, where he has spent his entire career, in the top three divisions of English football. He is Leicester's all-time highest scoring midfielder during their 130-year history.
Born in England, King is a Wales international, qualifying through his grandfather. He made his international debut in 2009.
==Early life and career==
King was born in Barnstaple, Devon on holiday and was raised in Maidenhead, Berkshire. He attended Furze Platt Senior School and joined Chelsea when he was nine years old. After being released in 2004 when he was 15 years old, he joined the Leicester City youth academy.
